•Avoid heat: For 24–48 hours, avoid hot showers, saunas, exercise, or tight clothing to prevent irritation. •No sun exposure: Skin is more sensitive so avoid sunbathing/tanning beds for 1-2 days. •Exfoliation: Wait at least 48 hours before exfoliating again to let skin recover. •Bumps/ingrowns: Use a gentle exfoliator or ingrown hair serum after a couple of days.
